GUSTAVO PEREZ SOLANO
After retiring from his career as a professional soccer player in his home country of Argentina, Gustavo dedicated his life to transforming aspiring athletes into top-performing players. With more than 25 years of experience in developing and training both young and seasoned soccer players, Gustavo is an authority on what makes an exceptional player. He also scouts for renowned teams, such as Manchester United (England), Atlanta United (USA), Kansas City FC (USA), and Chelsea FC (England).
Gustavo has seen his trainees rise to the Premier League, MLS, Calcio, La Liga, Bundesliga, and other leagues worldwide. His star-studded roster includes Enzo Fernandez (Chelsea), Julian Alvarez (Manchester City), Gonzalo Montiel (Sevilla), and countless others.
Now, Gustavo lives in Los Angeles, CA, and is deeply invested in identifying talent in American Youth players. He founded ISD because he believes that young athletes must be challenged, motivated, and taught the necessary physical, technical, and tactical tools for reaching their maximum potential on the pitch.

As a sports journalist and media advisor for athletes, Juan has extensive experience representing professional players and organizing international sporting events, mainly for soccer and polo.
Juan is passionate about offering opportunities to talented but disadvantaged youth players around the world. He dedicates a significant portion of his career to working for charitable foundations that provide pathways to a more fulfilling life, which gives him great personal satisfaction. It inspires him to see how much someone’s life can be improved by contributing a little time and energy.
Juan believes that American youth players deserve the opportunity to train in Argentina because it is one of the top countries for developing professional soccer players.
Juan is a founding member of ISD and leader of club relations, media, logistics, and operations in the Buenos Aires office.
